Operations Certificate Program – Registration Deadline is Next Week

Starting April 9, LeadingAge Minnesota’s new Operations Certificate Program is specifically designed for professionals in long-term care settings—including assisted living and care centers—who are looking to expand their operational knowledge and leadership abilities.
Held in-person at the LeadingAge Minnesota office in Minneapolis, the program will dive deep into key areas such as regulatory compliance, staffing, resource management, quality improvement, and process optimization tailored to the unique needs of senior care communities.
Whether you’re new to an operations role or an experienced professional, you’ll leave the program with actionable skills to:
- Enhance daily operations
- Ensure resident safety and satisfaction
- Drive organizational success
The program is strategically scheduled over four months, April to July, to maximize learning and provide timely consultation and support.
