Quality Specialist Certificate Program – Registration Now Open

Strong quality leadership is essential in today’s aging services environment, where quality measures, payment programs, and consumer expectations continue to evolve.
The Quality Specialist Certificate Program is designed for professionals in nursing homes and assisted living settings who are leading quality efforts or want to expand their knowledge of quality, safety, and performance improvement.
Participants will build practical skills in:
- Regulatory requirements
- Federal and state quality programs
- Performance improvement strategies
- Continuous quality improvement practices
This interactive eight-day program is delivered over four months, giving participants opportunities to apply concepts between sessions. Learning includes expert presentations, hands-on activities, group discussion, and engagement with guest experts.
