Senior Linkage Line: Support for Residents & Clients During Open Enrollment

Medicare open enrollment runs from Oct. 15 – Dec. 7. The Senior LinkAge Line can help your residents and clients on Medicare navigate changes and ensure they have a plan Jan. 1 that meets their needs. 

Residents or clients who need assistance in selecting a plan should contact the Senior LinkAge at 1-800-333-2433 and press Option 1 for unbiased, comprehensive Medicare counseling. They can also go to SeniorLinkAgeLine.com, click on "contact us" and select "chat" Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

While the Senior LinkAge Line contact centers staff up each year for Open Enrollment to try and combat the increase in calls, wait times may be long.
