Superior Health Rolls Out New Work to Support Quality and Safety in Nursing Homes

The Superior Health Quality Alliance (Superior Health) is rolling out new work to help nursing homes and community coalitions improve quality and safety.
Superior Health is looking for health care organizations that are motivated to change health care outcomes for beneficiaries and individuals considered high-risk and part of the vulnerable population. This includes: behavioral health organizations; clinicians; community-based organizations; dialysis centers; emergency departments; health care organizations and systems; home health agencies; hospitals; nursing homes and pharmacies.
Organizations that join Superior Health will have access to data-driven, customized support; access to subject matter experts; opportunities to participate in high-quality educational sessions; networking opportunities and more. There is no cost for your organization to join!
