What’s So Different About Marketing and Selling Senior Housing?

In a word, a lot. The senior housing market is different than almost any other, and sales and marketing professionals need specific skills to effectively position your community and assist consumers in one of the most important decisions of their life.  

Our Sales & Marketing Certificate Program is a three-part series focused on all you need to build a strong brand reputation and successfully convert prospective consumers to tenants and residents;

  • March 31: Marketing skills including digital marketing social media, using data as market intelligence and conducting competitor analyses.
  • April 28: Sales skills including unique relationship-centered sales process and sharpening your sales and closing skills to increase occupancy.
  • May 19: Reputation skills including legal requirements, avoiding deceptive marketing practices, managing your online reputation and learning from marketplace partners.

Bonus material – learn how changes to Minnesota’s Assisted Living Licensure will greatly impact your role as a sales and marketing professional. This certificate program will not be offered again until 2022.
