Workshop to Recruit and Retain Caregivers

Posted on October 7, 2021 by Jenna Kellerman

The National Association of Health Care Assistants (NAHCA) is hosting a workshop titled, The New CNA Workforce: Frontline Lessons from the Pandemic on Nov. 10 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Register here today!

NAHCA shares, “In this three-hour workshop, CNAs will tell you what kinds of benefits, culture, programs, and practices attract them to their jobs and make them want to stay. Senior living leaders, including medical directors and researchers, will offer exclusive insights from leaders about promising trends, best practices, and successful innovations related to staffing. In addition, you will find out what others are doing to solve their staffing shortages and keep those they have engaged and productive.”

The COVID-19 pandemic has offered the long-term care field an opportunity to transform our workforce practices. Join this webinar to hear directly from caregivers what is needed to create a staff-centered workplace that recruits and retains engaged teams.

Questions can be directed to Jenna Kellerman, Director of Workforce Solutions.
