AgingServicesJobs.org Now Includes Job Board Dissemination

The newest upgrade to AgingServicesJobs.Org integrates your job posting into a premium job board with access to special pricing. Premium job boards include:   

• Career Builder ($275)
• Craigslist (price varies based on location) – ranges from $7.00-$75.00
• Dice ($395)
• Glassdoor ($199)
• ZipRecruiter ($99)
• Additional job boards being added soon.

When your organization elects to post to one of these boards, all candidates will be seamlessly screened, scored and ranked by AgingServicesJobs.org. 

One early user found this function screened out “one-click appliers” who were not serious applicants. This organization’s interview no-show rate decreased as a result. 

Other recent upgrades have included improvements to nursing assistant and nurse surveys, as well as improvement to candidate geographic preferences, a new candidate scoring engine, and improvements to the candidate Fit Assessment. These consistent upgrades show a commitment to keeping the tool user friendly and current.
