Assisted Living Salary & Benefits Study - Participation Now Open

Posted on October 23, 2018 by Jodi Boyne

Participation is now open for the 2018-2019 Assisted Living Salary & Benefits study, which is nationally recognized for reliable and comprehensive compensation data, including management salaries, nonmanagement wages and fringe benefits.

The study conducted by the Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service in cooperation with LeadingAge and supported by NCAL

Salaries and bonus payments will be reported according to unit size, profit type, revenue size, county, state, region and nationally. Information on 18 fringe benefits will be reported according to region. Percent increases planned for 2019 will be reported for management, nonmanagement, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. For-profit and not-for-profit data will be separately covered. Information

There is no cost to participate. Deadline for participation is Nov. 12. LeadingAge member participants may purchase the results at the significantly discounted price of $165 when the results are published in January 2019.

Download the questionnaire at the HCS website. Contact Rosanne Zabka or 201-405-0075, ext. 11 for more information.
