April 7 Webinar Helps Prepare for Completing Assisted Living Licensure Application Form

While Minnesota’s Assisted Living Licensure application form is not yet final and published, we expect it will be public on or about May 1. That leaves just a few short weeks for providers wanting to become licensed assisted living settings to complete their application in time to meet the June 1 deadline already in statute. MN Statute 144G.12 outlines several requirements that we expect to be on the application form, and you can start preparing now.

Scholarships Available for 2021 Leadership Academy

The LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation has set aside additional funds this year to provide partial and full scholarships for participants in LeadingAge Minnesota’s 2021 Leadership Academy, which begins June 2. Scholarships will be awarded based on financial hardship of the organization.

The first quarterly meeting of the Assisted Living/Home Care Nurse Leaders Network (ALNET) is scheduled for Feb. 25 from 10 – 11:30 a.m. These meetings provide time and space to receive important updates on trending topics in clinical care. Participants experience valuable networking and with peers to share experiences, challenges, solutions and best practices.
