CDC Call Will Provide COVID Updates for Independent Living, Adult Day

The CDC will host a call on Monday, April 19, 11 a.m. CT for LeadingAge and Argentum members to provide information and perspective on COVID-19 for independent living settings. The call will also include an update from CDC on guidance for adult day services.
Representatives from CDC and HUD are expected on the call. Topics will include vaccination of older adults and updates to infection prevention in the context of vaccination; information sharing from retirement and independent living communities about their challenges and strategies for managing COVID in the context of vaccination; general discussion about COVID-19 challenges in retirement/independent living communities.
Those interested in participating must register to attend.
