Glenwood Retirement Village Mary Krueger Announces May 6 Retirement

Mary Krueger will be retiring as the CEO of Glenwood Retirement Village on May 6.

Her career has spanned 48 years, most of it spent serving older adults in long-term senior care settings. Mary began as a nursing assistant in 1974 at the age of 16. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mankato State University in 1980 and served as director of nursing at St John's Lutheran Home in Springfield, MN.

Mary returned to the University of Minnesota to obtain the education required to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at St. John's in 2001. Since 2005, she has served as the CEO/Administrator at Glenwood Retirement Village in Glenwood.

Mary has been an active member of LeadingAge Minnesota throughout her career, serving in several leadership roles throughout her tenure.

There will be an open house retirement party in Mary’s honor on Friday, May 6^, from 2-4 p.m. at the Lakeside Ballroom in Glenwood.
