Governor Dayton Outlines Budget Priorities

In his annual State of State address on Monday, Governor Mark Dayton outlined his priorities and called upon lawmakers to set aside partisanship to solve the problems facing Minnesota. On Tuesday, the Governor backed up his words with the release of the Opportunity Agenda that proposes to increase state spending by 10 percent.
