Keys To Retaining Staff—A Mental Health Perspective

Posted on November 10, 2022 by Terri Foley

Join us for a free one-hour webinar on the Keys to Retaining Staff from a Mental Health Perspective on Dec. 13 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

You can reduce turnover by addressing three research-based mental health drivers of retention:

  • Staff feeling valued
  • Staff feeling supported
  • Staff feeling effective

In this webinar, Dr. Alyson Van Ahn from the Associated Clinic of Psychology will teach you practical things you can do daily to affect these drivers.

What to Expect

In this session, you will:

  • Examine three drivers of staff retention based on research from a mental health perspective.
  • Learn methods to address these drivers.
  • Identify time-efficient practices that your organization can use to strengthen your work culture to keep valuable current staff.

Details and Registration Information

Register for the webinar, which will be held on Dec. 13 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. You can earn one clock hour of continuing education approved by BELTSS or if you’re a social worker. This education is free to LeadingAge Minnesota members and is sponsored LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation.
