LeadingAge Minnesota's Assisted Living Director Licensing Course is available online and self-paced.
The course was created to help individuals prepare for the licensing exam as part of the pathway to become a licensed assisted living director.
It is designed for people permitted as Assisted Living Directors in Residence (ALDR), individuals currently working in older adult services settings, and people not working in the field but interested in becoming a licensed assisted living director.
This online training covers the 40+ hour Minnesota-specific coursework and the 80+ hour Five CORE Domains of Practice required in Minnesota (120+ hours total).
