MN Department of Revenue Seeks Provider Feedback on CRP Guidance

The Minnesota Department of Revenue is currently reviewing its Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) guidance specific to health care facilities and is seeking provider input to help inform future guidance.

Providers are encouraged to share their experience if they create CRPs for any of the following settings:

• Nursing homes
• Intermediate care facilities
• Adult foster care settings
• Assisted living settings
• Facilities that accept Minnesota housing support payments

Your feedback is important and will help the Department better understand how CRP guidance applies across different health care and housing settings.
