Navigating New Assisted Living Requirements in 2026 – July 21 Webinar

Posted on June 25, 2026 by Sharon Hollister

The 2026 legislative session introduced several changes that will affect assisted living operations across Minnesota. From compliance and licensing requirements to resident rights, staff training, emergency response, and disclosure expectations, providers need to understand what’s changing—and what actions to take next.

Join us on Tuesday, July 21, from Noon –1 p.m. for a practical webinar designed to help assisted living leaders navigate new statutory requirements with confidence. Kelly Conrad, LALD, LSW, Director of Assisted Living Services at LeadingAge Minnesota, will break down the most significant legislative updates and provide guidance on implementation strategies, policy reviews, and operational adjustments needed before key effective dates.

Whether you oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, or leadership functions, this session will help you identify priorities, reduce regulatory risk, and prepare your organization for the road ahead.

Who should attend: Licensed assisted living directors and other assisted living operations staff.

Register today and gain the clarity, confidence, and action steps needed to successfully implement Minnesota’s latest assisted living requirements.
