Strengthen Marketing, Increase Occupancy: Sales & Marketing in Senior Living Certificate Program Begins April 12

Attend the Sales & Marketing in Senior Living Certificate Program to refresh your marketing efforts, sharpen your sales and closing skills, and increase occupancy. The three-part series is April 12, May 10, and June 14 in St. Paul. It emphasizes the proven, foundational practices to help distinguish your community from your competitors. 

The program is only offered every other year, so it is a must-not miss event for 2022. This year’s updates include the timely topics of how to adapt your marketing and sales plan in the wake of a two-year pandemic and guidance on operating legally under the assisted living licensure requirements. Faculty are experienced and knowledgeable LeadingAge Minnesota members and staff.

This is essential training for sales and marketing professionals, and also very useful for assisted living managers, resident services, and other team members.
