Three Links and St. Francis Health Services Announce Merger

The Three Links and St. Francis Health Services Boards of Directors have announced their intent to merge the two organizations. The merger will officially take place on Nov. 1, 2023.

Three Links and St. Francis Health Services of Morris are both long-time, dedicated members of LeadingAge Minnesota.

Three Links, officially known as the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Grand Lodge of Minnesota and Rebekahs of Northfield, has a 124-year tradition of providing exceptional patient care to the residents of Northfield and surrounding areas.

St. Francis Health Services of Morris, Inc. was created in 1984 as a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. The organization was formed to strategically expand senior services throughout Minnesota and to meet the complex and diverse needs of vulnerable people of all ages with mental and intellectual disabilities.

Both organizations have a long, proud history of serving seniors in Greater Minnesota.

The two organizations were drawn together by their rich history, excellent reputation, and similar services and values. Their shared missions are focused on caring for the person first with dignity, offering peace of mind. Over the coming weeks, Three Links and St Francis will work to facilitate a smooth integration of staff and residents.
