COVID-19 Resource Round-Up: Vaccine Clinic Resources

As the COVID-19 vaccine continues to be distributed through the state in long-term care settings, we are developing and gathering tools that can help you plan and execute a successful clinic.

Here are downloadable tools published last week:

• COVID-19 Vaccine Policy Template: This sample policy was developed by LeadingAge Minnesota Director of Clinical Care and Nurse Consultant, Kari Everson. It documents procedures for coordination, consent, EUA factsheet usage, and reaction monitoring with residents and staff. • Vaccine Clinic Checklist: A detailed list of tasks used by a LeadingAge Minnesota member to organize and document their COVID-19 vaccine clinic.
