The Workforce Data Portal is Here

Just last month, LeadingAge Minnesota launched an exciting new resource to allow members to track and benchmark critical workforce data – The Workforce Data Portal.

In the portal, members can quickly enter, track, and run customizable comparison reports on their organization's data on employee turnover, retention, and vacancy rates for each quarter. When workforce challenges are a considerable concern statewide, this new resource offers an easy way for members to track and compare key workforce statistics.

  • Easily track your workforce data over time in one location
  • Access the portal 24/7 – Get data when you need it most
  • Run customizable reports to compare your data with other providers and statewide measures
  • Use the data to show workforce trends overtime to support your workforce initiatives

How to Access the Workforce Data Portal

Log in to the LeadingAge MN website. Then go to the Workforce Center and click “Access the Portal.”
