University of MN and Rainbow Health Seek Input from LGBT Older Adults

The University of Minnesota and Rainbow Health are partnering on a new study funded by the National Institutes of Health to improve the experiences of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) older adults in assisted living and nursing homes.

The study will focus on the effects of LGBT-specific policies on the provision of care and improving care through developing and implementing an online staff training program.

The University of Minnesota and Rainbow Health ask for your help recruiting LGBT older adults living in your communities who are willing to complete the survey. The responses submitted are confidential, compensated, and will inform the development and implementation of this training curriculum.
