Webinar Available on Job Board System Upgrades

The webinar covers both a demo for new users, and information about a series of upgrades recently launched for current users. Many upgrades are due to excellent feedback from LeadingAge Minnesota members.
Upgrades: According to the WorkFountain team, the nursing assistant and registered nurse surveys have been completely redesigned to better reflect the duties of these staff. LeadingAge Minnesota members participated in this redesign process to ensure the job duty descriptions accurately reflect the field of long-term care, with an effort to distinguish these careers from other settings. Please plan to use these new surveys the next time you post a position to make sure your postings are up-to-date.
Other updates include improvement to candidate geographic preferences, a new candidate scoring engine and improvements to the candidate Fit Assessment.
