Workforce Development Resource Round-up

September was National Workforce Development Month. To celebrate LeadingAge Minnesota and our national partners at LeadingAge released several resources for members to support and grow their workforce.

  • Watch the webinar recording, Career Ladders and Lattices: Grow the Aging Service Workforce, to hear leaders discussing the importance of building advancement opportunities for staff
  • Encourage the professional and personal growth of your team members with a new, turn-key member resource, A Guide to Effective Individual Development Plans
  • Grow your workforce with OnTrack Nursing Assistant Training, an online, hybrid nursing assistant training model specifically designed for aging services providers
  • Raise awareness of the meaningful career opportunities in aging services by posting your open positions to AgingServicesJobs.org. Members receive a reduced rate of only $39 per posting using the coupon code "Aging2022."
