Confronting the Workforce Crisis Through a DEI Lens: Virtual Governance Intensive Now Available On-Demand

The 2022 Governance Intensive for executive leadership and board members is now available for purchase on-demand. Confronting the Workforce Crisis Through a DEI Lens: A Governance Perspective confronts the deepening workforce crisis through the lens of building a diverse and inclusive culture, examining the two matters from a governance perspective.
Dr. Sandra Ogunremi, Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging for Monument Health in Rapid City, SD, presented the session, which also included a brief overview of the top trends impacting older adult services from Ziegler, and the current state of the workforce in the state and nationally.
The educational program has been approved for a maximum of 2.5 clock hours for Minnesota licensed assisted living directors and licensed nursing home administrators.
