MDH Seeks Volunteers to Create a Nurse Aide Practice Test Exam

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) seeks volunteers to participate in a Test Advisory Panel (TAP) to develop a practice Nurse Aide test exam with questions reflective of Minnesota's nurse aide training program curriculum.

The practice test questions will be state-specific. Once developed, they will be used by training programs and individuals seeking to take the Minnesota Nurse Aide exam.

MDH will strive to represent all sectors on the panel, including representatives from nurse aide training programs, test sites, stakeholders and nurse aides.

See below for more information on the requirements for participating.

  • Volunteers need to be familiar with the nurse aide training program curricula.
  • Volunteers would need to commit to one three-hour morning or afternoon virtual session block on May 31 or June 1.
  • Volunteers will not have the option to request specific time slots.
  • Volunteers will need to sign a disclosure and confidentiality agreement and a non-disclosure agreement.

If you are interested in serving on the Test Advisory Panel, please respond to health.nar.coord@state.mn.us by May 20 to be considered.
