Virtual Governance Intensive July 26: Confronting the Workforce Crisis Through a DEI Lens - Register Today!

The 2022 Governance Intensive is virtual on Tuesday, July 26. This year’s program, Confronting the Workforce Crisis Through a DEI Lens: A Governance Perspective is the virtual Governance Intensive for executive leadership and board members on Tuesday, July 26.

The workshop confronts the deepening workforce crisis through the lens of building a diverse and inclusive culture, examining the two matters from a governance perspective.

Dr. Sandra Ogunremi, Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Spiritual Care Services for Monument Health in Rapid City, SD, will present. The event also includes a brief overview of Ziegler's top trends impacting older adult services and the current state of the workforce in the state and nationally.

The educational programming at this conference has been approved for a maximum of 2.5 clock hours for Minnesota licensed assisted living directors and licensed nursing home administrators.
